Cancellation Policy

Terms and conditions Payment options Pay-As-You-Go: Each session is paid upon booking With Plan: You purchase a block of sessions in advance, at a discounted price (-5% for 6 sessions, -10% for 10 sessions). Booking You are responsible for booking sessions. Sessions can be booked on the website up to 48 hours in advance. For shorter timelines, please contact info@spicybraincoaching.ie Accommodations may be made depending on circumstances. Cancellation: You can cancel or reschedule sessions through the website up to 48 hours before the session is due to start. If you wish to cancel or reschedule a session within less than 48 hours of the session, please contact info@spicybraincoaching.ie If you do not attend a booked session, it is considered used and cannot be rescheduled. If you do not attend two sessions in a row, the contract may be terminated. If no sessions are booked for a period of 2 months, and you have not contacted us, the contract may be terminated. Accommodations may be made depending on circumstances. Confidentiality: All information shared by you/the coachee is treated as confidential and will not be shared without your consent, except where the coach identified a risk to the safety and well-being of an individual, and where legally required. This includes notes that the coach may, from time to time, make during a session, and that you are welcome to view. Such notes include sessions topics, which are recorded on the coaching agreement that is developed in the first session. The coach may discuss certain challenges that arise during coaching with their supervisor. In this case, no identifiable information is shared with the supervisor (i.e. anonymity is preserved). Your Personal Data: For certification and professional accreditation purposes, the coach maintains a log that may occasionally be consulted by a certification body. This log contains the following client information: name, coaching sessions dates, contact details. Preferred pronouns, if specified, are recorded separately from the above sessions log. This information is kept for seven years. Testimonial When the coaching relationship ends, you may be asked to consider providing a testimonial, which may be displayed on the Spicy Brain Coaching website. Ending the coaching relationship This contract may be terminated by either party if the terms and conditions are not adhered to. Sessions used will not be refunded.
