Spicy Brain Coaching
Smart enough to see the problem, too close to solve it.
For high potential people silently struggling with work, life and societal expectations.
Guillaume Tourrette
Certified Coach specialising in ADHD
I'm Guillaume, a coach and a former chemist and compliance manager. I've spent years in highly technical, high-expectation environments and I know what it feels like to be capable, qualified, and still wonder what's wrong with you. Something gets lost in translation, let's find it!
I work with high potential individuals, including those who identify as neurodivergent or are beginning to wonder if that's part of their story.
The coaching partnership
What you'll find in the sessions is a calm, non-judgmental space where nothing is too big or too small to bring. I don't have an agenda for who you should be or how fast you should get there.
You are creative, resourceful and whole. My job isn't to fix you, but to help you see yourself more clearly, explore your possibilities and take the next steps toward them.
Sessions are 50 minutes, online or in-person (depending on your location). You can work at your own pace on a pay-as-you-go basis, or in a block of 6 to 10 sessions for deeper, committed work.
As an ADHD & autistic father of two neurodivergent children, I know first-hand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate relationships, routines, and the demands of everyday life, while also trying to understand your own mind.
Before coaching, I spent 17 years in technical and compliance environments in organisations such as Pfizer and NBI. I hold a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Trinity College Dublin. I understand the world my clients are coming from, because it used to be mine.

I am an ICF accredited coach (ACC) with two years of coaching experience, and have completed ADDCA's Advanced ADHD coaching training.
